We receive your enquiry
One of our friendly team will give you a call to discuss your enquiry and get you booked in for your free home survey at a time that suits you. Our lovely Energy Surveyor, Conor, will attend your home to carry out your free home survey to understand your heat loss and heating needs. He will also answer any questions you have and discuss funding options.
Step 2
We Prepare Your Quote
Back at the office, Conor and Darren will do all necessary calculations to ensure your system is bespoke for you and your needs. Within 1 week, you will receive your free, no-obligation quote for consideration.
Step 3
Over to you!
Once you have received your quote, we are on hand for any further clarification you need or even if you would like a second appointment set up.
Step 4
Quote Acceptance
Once you have accepted your quotation, we will send your 60% invoice for you to submit to Home Energy Scotland. Once received, the 60% is paid to us and your install can begin!
Step 5
Install
Our expert, fully MCS-accredited team will complete your install. You can be you are receiving quality workmanship. Post-install, we will provide your Handover Pack and details of our Service & Maintenance Plan available to our customers. It’s time for you to enjoy increased energy efficiency and reduced carbon emissions and energy bills.
