Our Standard Heat Pump Service Agreement includes the essential annual checks and maintenance needed to keep your system performing at its best and to help maintain any applicable manufacturer warranties.
For complete transparency, any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Any work not covered by the agreement will be charged at our standard labour rates.

- Visual inspection of condition of your heat pump, including condensate opening, condensate drain hole and fan outlet
- Check the condition of your flexible hose and pope insulation
- Remote controller settings are checked
- Refrigerant leak check
- Pressure vessel and relief valve checks
- Heating system pressure check & top up if necessary
- Heating & hot water controls settings check
- Magnetic filter clean
- Visual inspection of all electrical connections and PCB for scorching or dry cables
- Correct concentration corrosion / antifreeze protection check
- Leak check on heating system and refrigerant circuit

The above doesn’t include ‘call-out’ fees for any breakdown or reactive repairs. Below are our costs for any callouts for anything outside the scope of the above maintenance agreement:
Call Out Fee (Weekdays from 8:30am – 5pm) – £100 | Call Out Fee (Weekdays from 5pm – 8:30am) – £130 | Call Out Fee (Weekends) – £150 | Per Hour Rate Over & Above The Call Out Fee – £45
